Plenty of room for the whole family or a group of friends who deserve a proper California escape. Primary bedroom: King bed, premium bedding, private en suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub, plus a dedicated office space for anyone who needs to sneak in some work between adventures. Second bedroom: King bed, ideal for couples or anyone who refuses to compromise on comfort. Third bedroom: Queen bed, cozy and private, perfect for couples or solo travelers. Kids room: Full over full bunk bed with its own private Smart TV. The kids will never want to leave. Two and a half bathrooms keep the morning rush civilized. 🌅 THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE This is where Southern California living really happens. Fire up the gas grill, gather around the outdoor dining area and let the evening take its time. The private hot tub sits in its own covered area, your personal retreat to soak, decompress and let the day melt away in total comfort. Meanwhile the kids take over the yard with minigolf, foosball, giant Jenga, giant Connect Four and giant Tetris keeping them busy for hours. The fenced backyard means dogs and little ones roam freely while you actually relax. 🎮 THE GAME ROOM Nobody gets bored at this house. Inside you have pool table, arcade machines and board games for all ages. Outside the giant games take over. Curl up with the kids for a board game night or let the competitive ones settle their rivalries on the pool table. The interiors are thoughtfully designed with the kind of care that makes a house feel like a home the moment you walk in. The residents there are completely separate from your space and do not have access to the backyard. Your outdoor areas are entirely yours. 📋 BEFORE YOU ARRIVE We use Truvi for guest verification. You will receive an email or text to complete this step before arrival. You will also choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Completing both ahead of time means a fast, frictionless check-in so your California adventure starts the moment you pull up.
