The private pool alone sets this place apart (this is rare in Alamogordo). 🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The house sleeps large families and groups across five thoughtfully appointed bedrooms spread across the second and third floors, with one being a private attic suite that feels like its own little world. Primary bedroom: King bed, premium bedding, serene and spacious. Guest bedrooms (x2): Queen beds, private and comfortable. Children's room: Twin over full bunk bed, made for kids. Attic suite: King bed, air hockey table, and a private balcony with Sacramento Mountain sunrise views. Coffee up here at dawn is something you do not forget. 🏜️ THE OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE New Mexico skies are something else entirely. At night, away from city light, the stars come out in a way that most people have never seen. Your backyard is built for exactly that kind of evening. Fire up the firepit, roast some s'mores with the kids, and just look up. The Sacramento Mountains frame the whole scene. During the day, the private pool (not heated) is yours. Cool off after a morning on the dunes, fire up the gas grill for lunch, or simply float and do nothing at all. The fenced yard means the kids and dogs can roam freely while you actually relax. 🎮 THE GAME ROOM Rain day? Too hot? Kids need to burn energy before bed? The game room handles all of it. Pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, arcade games, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and more. The attic adds an air hockey table. The putting green is outside. PistachioLand: 7 miles, home of the world's largest pistachio 🥜 Museum of Space History: 3 miles away. 🚀 Holloman AFB: Easy access for military families and visiting loved ones. 🌙 A NOTE ON NIGHTTIME This home sits in a real neighborhood with real character. Occasionally you may hear a train pass in the distance or a neighboring dog doing its job. We think that is part of the charm of staying somewhere that feels lived-in rather than sterile. That said, we have got you covered: every bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine and earplugs, so every guest sleeps soundly regardless.
